Dispatch

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 3, 2026

1. Agreement

By accessing or using Dispatch's website, interactive demo, or authenticated product (together, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please don't use the Service.

2. The Service

Dispatch is a Micro-CDP for hybrid SMBs: it merges a business's in-store and online customers into one identity, so that business can act on it (e.g. suppress redundant retargeting, send win-back offers). Dispatch is currently offered without a paid tier, published pricing, or a formal uptime SLA, on a best-effort basis. This may change; we'll update these Terms if it does.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, and if you're using the Service on behalf of a business, you confirm you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

4. Accounts

The authenticated product has no public self-signup — accounts are provisioned directly by Dispatch for a business customer's own staff. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for notifying us of any unauthorized access.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or submit data you don't have the right to submit;
  • Attempt to access another business's (tenant's) data, or circumvent access controls or rate limits;
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or scrape the Service beyond normal browser use;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

We may investigate and suspend access for violations of this section.

6. Your data

If you connect a Shopify or Square account, or upload order data, you retain ownership of that data. You grant Dispatch a limited license to process it solely to provide the Service to you — building your unified customer identity graph and running the automations you've configured. You warrant that you have the right to submit your own customers' data to Dispatch, and that doing so complies with your own obligations to them (including your own privacy notice). As between you and Dispatch, you are the data controller for this data and Dispatch acts only as your processor — see our Privacy Policy §3.

7. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party platforms you choose to connect (currently Shopify and Square) and relies on third-party infrastructure (Supabase, Render, Vercel). Your use of those platforms is also governed by their own terms, which apply independently of these Terms.

8. Free service, no SLA

The Service is currently provided free of charge, on a best-effort basis, without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at our discretion, with reasonable notice where practical.

9. Intellectual property

Dispatch owns the Dispatch name, logo, website, source code, and product design. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to any of that beyond using the Service as intended.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violating §5. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (§9, §11–§16) will continue to apply.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Dispatch does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that identity matching will be perfectly accurate.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dispatch is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you've paid Dispatch in the preceding 12 months, or ₹10,000, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to you only to the extent permitted by law.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Dispatch against claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from your data, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new "Last updated" date; continued use of the Service after that constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
