Send us your lists. Get back one clean list.

A one-time job, done by hand. You send the customer exports you already have; we merge them into a single deduplicated list, work out what the duplication has been costing you, and send the files back.

There is nothing to sign up for and nothing to connect. This isn’t a trial of the software — it’s us doing the work once, and you deciding afterwards whether you want it kept that way.

Your list is dirtier than the free check shows

The audit only sees the two files you exported. The real list is usually spread wider than that — the billing software, the online store, a WhatsApp tool, and at least one spreadsheet somebody keeps on their own machine.

Merging those by hand is a day of work that nobody in a running business has, and it doesn’t stay merged: every walk-in and every online order adds a fresh version of somebody you already had. That is the job this service does properly, once.

What you get back

Four files and a short note, all as CSVs you can open in Excel and hand straight to whoever sends your messages.

A deduplicated master customer list
One row per real person, with every mobile number written the same way, so the same customer can’t appear three times again the moment you sort it.
A duplicate and wastage report
How many duplicates there were, broken out by how the number was written — +91 98765 43210, 09876543210, plain 9876543210 — with the merged groups listed so you can check our work rather than take it on trust.
A cleaned broadcast list
In the column layout your messaging tool expects, so it imports without you rearranging anything. Tell us what you send from and we’ll match it.
A true top-customer ranking
Counter spend and online spend added together per person, ranked, with the top 5% marked. For most businesses this is the first time those two numbers have ever been in the same column.
A short written summary
A page of plain English: what we found, what it was costing, and the two or three things worth fixing at your end so it doesn’t rebuild as fast.

Three working days

From the point we have your files, not from the point you first email us. If something in the data means we can’t hold that, we tell you on day one rather than on day three.

What we need from you

Your customer exports — whatever your billing software and online store will give you, as CSV or Excel. Any column layout. You don’t need to tidy them first; tidying them is the job.

What we need to know

Which tool you send messages from, so the broadcast list comes back in the right shape. And anything unusual about how your team enters customers, because it usually explains half the duplicates.

What happens then

We run the merge, check the results by hand rather than shipping whatever the matching produced, and send the files back with the summary. If something looks wrong to you, we fix it.

What it costs

It depends on how many contacts you have, because that’s what the work depends on. Send us your row count — the number at the bottom of your export — and you’ll have a quote within 24 hours.

One fee for one job. There’s no subscription attached to it, nothing that renews, and nothing to cancel afterwards. If you later want the list kept clean automatically rather than cleaned again by hand, that’s a separate conversation you’re free not to have.

What happens to your data

This needs saying plainly, because it’s the one place this service differs from everything else we offer.

What we receive
The customer exports you send us — typically names, mobile numbers, and order history. Nothing else, and we’d rather you removed any column we don’t need before sending it.
What we use it for
Producing the files listed above, for you. That is the only purpose. It is not shared with anyone, not sold, and not used to train anything.
How long we keep it
Your data is deleted upon service completion — once the finished files are with you and you’ve confirmed they’re what you needed, our copies go.
How this differs from the free check
The free audit runs entirely inside your browser — your file is never uploaded and we never receive it, so there is nothing for us to store or delete. This service is different by definition: we can’t clean a list we haven’t been given. We’d rather tell you that outright than let you assume the two work the same way. Our Privacy Policy covers the rest.

How to start

Tell us roughly how many contacts you have and what you bill and sell on. That’s enough for us to quote — you don’t need to send any customer data to get a price.

We’ll come back within 24 hours with a figure and what we’d need from you. If we don’t think it’s worth doing for your list, we’ll say that instead.
